1. Compliance with the French legal framework
The online sale of wines and champagnes is regulated by the Consumer Code and the Rural Code. The right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. L221-28) because wines and champagnes are products that can deteriorate rapidly.
2. No right of withdrawal
Wines and champagnes are neither returnable nor exchangeable under the right of withdrawal. No returns are accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Product opened or consumed
- Corked wine or wine with an organoleptic defect
- Poor storage after receipt
3. Product damaged upon delivery
In case of a damaged package:
1. Refuse the package if the packaging is visibly damaged.
2. Send photos within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Contact: contact@gpvins.com
A solution will be offered (replacement or refund).
4. Error in the command
Report any errors within 72 hours. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at GP Vins' expense.
5. Non-conformity
A product is considered compliant when it matches its description and intended use. Corked wines do not constitute a lack of conformity.
6. Reimbursement terms
After validation of the return: refund within 14 days via the same payment method.
7. Return costs
- GP Vins is responsible for: preparation errors, damaged products, and non-conformity
- At your expense: any exceptional return outside the legal framework

At GP Vins, we make every effort to ensure your bottles are delivered quickly and in perfect condition, both in France and internationally. All shipments are carefully prepared in certified wine transport packaging, guaranteeing safety and protection during transit. Preparation time before shipment is 2 business days.
Available delivery methods
We work with a carrier known for its reliability:
• Chronopost – Express delivery in France and internationally.

Packaging & Insurance
• All shipments are made in reinforced and certified cardboard boxes for the transport of bottles.
• Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the period and logistical constraints.
Delivery zones
We currently deliver:
• Metropolitan France
• The majority of countries in the European Union
• Several destinations in Asia and the rest of the world, subject to local regulations on alcohol import.

• Prices are shown inclusive of VAT and may be adjusted according to changes in carriers.
• Tracking of your package is available as soon as it is shipped, via a link sent by email.
• In case of breakage or anomaly, please report any claim within 48 hours of receipt.
